I will reach out “bouncing” Ideas off this team. See This Month Questions below. In return for your honest feedback I will be providing you with downloads of different documents I have prepared over the past year. Each is a series of notes I have taken from either a tele-seminar or book I have read on topics such as Marketing, Web Site design, Time Management, etc. I trust these “condensed notes” will provide you with valuable information in operating your ministry.

For Local Ministries (New Jersey and Eastern PA) I would even welcome visiting with your Tech Team and Ministry Leaders for a 30 minute presentation on “Media in Ministry” – A look at Trends and Technology.

1. Describe the make up of your Audio and Video team. Volunteers? , Paid Staff? Combination?

2. Generalize on years of experience in your teams 0-1, 2-5, 6-10, forever.

3. Where the team members professionally trained or self/ministry taught. Are they Musicians as well?

4. How many and what types of events utilize you’re A/V team. In addition to Sunday Services.

5. The worship style at your services is; Contemporary, Traditional, Blended, Alternative?

6. How old and what condition is the Audio and Video Systems in your Church / Ministries. Is it functioning well, is it in need of a tune up / clean up.?

7. Would you welcome personalized Audio and or Video Systems training at your Church?

8. What Technology assistance (if any) do you see you’re A/V team and Ministry Leaders needing in the next 6months?

9. (For NJ and Eastern PA ministries) Could I stop by and present a complimentary “Media in Ministry Seminar” for your Tech and Ministry staff/volunteers?
